This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment cycle for a significant number of simultaneous requisitions across diverse functions, seniority levels, and geographical areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements, role specifications, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement with passive candidates.
• Assist candidates throughout the hiring process from initial contact to offer and onboarding transition.
• Train hiring managers and interview panels on candidate assessment, interview efficiency, best hiring practices, and time-to-fill considerations.
• Utilize recruiting metrics, market insights, and hiring data to uncover opportunities, enhance outcomes, and shape hiring decisions.
• Ensure accuracy in recruitment data and workflows within the applicant tracking system to uphold operational excellence and compliance.
• Promote employer branding throughout talent communities, social media channels, professional networks, and recruiting avenues.
• Continuously enhance recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
• Work with global colleagues and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, or a related recruitment function.
• Fully proficient in English.
• Comfortable operating in a global, remote environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions across various functions, levels, and regions.
• Ability to establish trust and collaborate with stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
• Flexibility and initiative in fast-paced, globally distributed settings.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and recruiting insights to inform decisions and enhance results.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences.
• Experience in recruiting across various business functions and international locations.
• Familiarity with localization, language services, translation, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Practical experience with Workable or other contemporary applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in developing employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing strategies.
• Experience in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience working across different cultures, regions, and time zones.
• Proficiency in more than one language or experience in supporting multilingual work environments is a plus.
