This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a team of recruiters dedicated to supporting RMS recruitment across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain sectors.
• Oversee the comprehensive hiring strategy for RMS, encompassing demand forecasting, talent pipeline development, and progress tracking.
• Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and implement process enhancements.
• Establish expectations for sourcing efforts, pipeline efficiency, interview standards, and offer acceptance ratios.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral initiatives, and SOBO campaigns.
• Conduct interviews and align hiring manager expectations through calibration.
• Create talent maps and gather market intelligence for talent in propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, and production operations.
• Promote diversity within the organization and ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and workforce planning on headcount strategies, offer competitiveness, and retention objectives.
• Represent Anduril's brand and the recruitment function to senior stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
• Over 10 years of high-volume talent acquisition experience, focusing on evaluating and hiring exceptional technical talent.
• More than 8 years of experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing progress reports, advising on strategies, and leveraging data to influence hiring outcomes.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing or mentoring a team of recruiters with responsibility for time-sensitive, high-volume pipelines.
• Proven ability to utilize recruiting analytics to initiate and maintain process improvements.
• Experience in agency and/or fast-paced startup settings, with a focus on hiring for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or related technical positions.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to the necessity for access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
• Preferred: experience establishing a talent acquisition function for a greenfield or rapidly expanding manufacturing site.
• Preferred: understanding of ITAR regulations and their implications for hiring practices.
• Preferred: background in recruiting for solid rocket motors, propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, or related defense/aerospace areas.
• Preferred: experience in providing consultative, data-driven recruiting guidance.
• Preferred: capability to manage multiple concurrent high-volume recruitment pipelines.
• Preferred: a highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable work style.
