This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a team of recruiters to support RMS hiring across various functions, including production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Take ownership of the complete hiring strategy for RMS, encompassing demand forecasting, pipeline development, and progress tracking.
• Leverage recruiting data and funnel metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement process enhancements.
• Establish expectations concerning sourcing efforts, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing techniques and tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral initiatives, and SOBO campaigns.
• Conduct interviews and align hiring manager expectations.
• Create talent maps and gather market intelligence for roles in propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, and production operations.
• Promote diverse talent within the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and workforce planning teams on headcount strategies, offer competitiveness, and retention objectives.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting function to senior stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
• Over 10 years of high-volume talent acquisition experience focused on identifying and recruiting top-tier technical talent.
• At least 8 years of experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing progress reports, advising on strategy, and utilizing data to influence hiring decisions.
• More than 5 years of experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters with responsibility for time-sensitive, high-volume hiring pipelines.
• Proven history of applying recruiting analytics to initiate and sustain process improvements.
• Experience in agency recruiting or within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge and experience hiring for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to necessary access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
• Experience in establishing a talent acquisition function for a greenfield or rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ITAR policies and their implications for hiring practices.
• Background in recruiting for solid rocket motors, propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, or related defense/aerospace fields.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a consultative role, where data-informed guidance resulted in improved hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent high-volume pipelines while ensuring process integrity and candidate engagement.
• Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable; proficient in driving change in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Base salary range of $143,000–$191,000 USD.
