This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and develop a team of recruiters dedicated to supporting RMS hiring across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Take ownership of the complete hiring strategy for Rocket Motor Systems, which includes demand forecasting, pipeline development, and progress tracking.
• Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, diagnose underlying issues, and implement process enhancements.
• Establish expectations for sourcing activities, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Provide coaching to the team on Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral initiatives, and SOBO campaigns.
• Conduct interviews and align hiring manager expectations.
• Create talent maps and market intelligence for propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, and production operations talent.
• Promote diverse talent acquisition and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and workforce planning on headcount strategies, offer competitiveness, and retention objectives.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting function to senior stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
• Over 10 years of high-volume talent acquisition experience in evaluating and hiring top-tier technical talent.
• More than 8 years of experience collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting progress, advising on strategies, and leveraging data to influence hiring decisions.
• At least 5 years of experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters responsible for time-sensitive, high-volume pipelines.
• Proven ability to utilize recruiting analytics to initiate and maintain process improvements.
• Experience in recruiting within an agency or fast-paced startup environment for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles.
• Willingness to travel between sites as necessary.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
• Experience in establishing a talent acquisition function for a new or rapidly expanding manufacturing site.
• Familiarity with ITAR policies and their implications for hiring practices.
• Background in recruiting for solid rocket motors, propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, or related defense/aerospace disciplines.
• Proven history of providing consultative, data-driven guidance that enhances hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent high-volume pipelines while ensuring process integrity and candidate engagement.
• Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable; comfortable driving change in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
