This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and cultivate a team of recruiters dedicated to supporting RMS recruitment across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain sectors.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive hiring strategy for RMS, which includes demand forecasting, building talent pipelines, and reporting on progress.
• Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, identify root causes, and implement process enhancements.
• Establish and uphold performance standards regarding sourcing activities, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral programs, and SOBO campaigns, providing coaching to the team on their application.
• Conduct interviews and align hiring manager expectations.
• Construct talent maps and gather market intelligence for propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, and production operations talent.
• Promote diverse talent acquisition within the organization while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and workforce planning on headcount strategies, offer competitiveness, and retention objectives.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and recruitment functions to senior stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
• Recruit on behalf of Anduril Industries, a defense technology firm revolutionizing U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, autonomy, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking.
• 10+ years of extensive talent acquisition experience focused on evaluating and hiring top-tier technical talent.
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, advising on strategies, and leveraging data to influence hiring choices.
• 5+ years in managing or mentoring a team of recruiters with responsibility for time-sensitive, high-volume recruitment pipelines.
• Proven history of utilizing recruiting analytics to initiate and maintain process improvements.
• Experience in recruitment within an agency or a fast-paced startup context, specifically for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to the necessity of accessing U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
• Experience in establishing a talent acquisition function for a greenfield or rapidly expanding manufacturing site.
• Familiarity with ITAR regulations and their implications for hiring practices.
• Background in recruiting for solid rocket motors, propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, or related defense/aerospace domains.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing data-driven insights to enhance hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
• Experience in managing multiple high-volume pipelines concurrently while ensuring process integrity and candidate engagement.
• Highly self-sufficient, collaborative, and adaptable; adept at driving change in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
