• Proven track record of building and iterating processes from the ground up in a pragmatic, impact-oriented manner.

• Advanced/bilingual English proficiency (global environment; mandatory).

• Strategic thinking and data-driven mindset.

• Experience in SaaS or Tech companies (highly desirable).
