Senior Talent Acquisition Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in recruiting for Huron’s Oracle Business Unit, focusing on consulting and technology positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition team members to comprehend hiring needs and implement recruiting strategies.

• Oversee multiple job requisitions and navigate competing recruiting priorities.

• Provide updates regarding recruiting activities, pipeline status, candidate feedback, market insights, and challenges faced.

• Handle full-cycle recruiting processes, which include sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer assistance, and candidate disposition.

• Recruit for roles related to Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, technology, and industry-specific positions.

• Create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring teams.

• Source and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and talent communities.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines and execute focused sourcing campaigns.

• Maintain candidate and requisition details in Workday and other recruitment systems.

• Implement Huron’s interview and assessment framework and conduct initial recruiter screenings.

• Provide candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.

• Facilitate interview debriefs, timely feedback, and hiring decisions.

• Develop and disseminate Oracle talent market intelligence, including information on competitor organizations, talent availability, compensation trends, and emerging skill demands.

• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders while managing sensitive information with care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid U.S. work authorization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting, professional services organization, technology firm, or executive search agency.

• Experience in recruiting technology, ERP, consulting, or other specialized professional talent.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Oracle-related recruitment, including Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, or associated consulting skills.

• Professional services or consulting industry recruiting experience is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities effectively.
