Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

• Facilitate effective communication with candidates, provide timely feedback, prepare interviewers, and structure interviews appropriately.

• Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy.

• Build relationships with hiring managers and execute sourcing and recruiting plans effectively.

• Determine position requirements and devise sourcing strategies.

• Guide and mentor hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

• Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and oversee candidate status updates.

• Identify sourcing channels tailored to various positions and skill sets.

• Conduct screening interviews and create shortlists for hiring managers.

• Serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts.

• Handle pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification.

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employer branding.

• Establish a social media strategy to advertise open positions.

• Actively source talent using suitable platforms.

• Create and update recruiting reports and analytics.

• Lead and engage in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

• Prepare offer details for employment letters and contracts.

• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to facilitate the transition into onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of in-house recruiting experience.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Proven ability to create innovative strategies for attracting and identifying exceptional talent.

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of good clinical practices and relevant Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in Ireland.
