📋 Description

• Act as the technical subject matter expert throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial technical discovery to implementation and subsequent expansion.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on strategic initiatives, technical assessments, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions addressing clinical, operational, workflow, integration, and security requirements.

• Present to customers through presentations, workflow demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and executive business reviews.

• Work in partnership with Customer Support and Technical Services to enhance customer time-to-value and encourage adoption.

• Convert customer objectives, operational needs, and technical limitations into scalable solution proposals.

• Create and document repeatable workflows for implementation, adoption, and expansion.

• Identify and resolve process deficiencies and workflow challenges.

• Develop tools, playbooks, and technical resources for consistent commercial execution.

• Supply documentation to Security teams and AI committees for health-system approvals.

• Oversee third-party solutions engineers, API providers, and integration partners, ensuring the establishment of effective integrations.

• Recognize customer trends, product deficiencies, and workflow possibilities.

• Compile customer feedback into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.

• Assist in prioritizing commercial enablement tasks that support market growth and enhance customer outcomes.

• Streamline commercial systems, tools, and workflows throughout the customer journey.

• Aid in the administration, optimization, and adoption of CRM, analytics, demo environment, and enablement technology.

• Create dashboards and reports focused on customer health, adoption, and commercial performance.

• Educate internal teams and standardize processes.

• Facilitate connections between Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams.

• Foster alignment on customer priorities, technical readiness, and commercialization strategies.

• Shape a scalable customer experience while ensuring technical and clinical accuracy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within the health tech, medtech, or SaaS sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will be taken into account.

• Proven experience engaging with enterprise customers in a technical, operational, or consultative role.

• History of supporting enterprise-level technical sales and implementations from start to finish.

• Strong expertise in software integrations, APIs, and data interoperability (preferably HL7/FHIR).

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and interoperability standards (EHR/EMR, PACS, LIS) along with hospital data environments.

• Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, CMS).

• Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, customer-facing, and commercial teams.

• Skills in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics and reporting tools, demo environments, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Preferred: experience in digital health, healthcare SaaS, medical devices, diagnostics, or SaMD, particularly in sleep medicine, neurology, or physiological monitoring.

• Preferred: experience managing implementations, integrations, or workflow design.

• Preferred: experience with regulated products or FDA submissions.

• Preferred: familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) or machine learning workflows.
