Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and evaluate technical specifications for systems, hardware, and software.

• Communicate effectively, organize tasks, plan activities, and collaborate with both internal teams and external project stakeholders.

• Analyze and clarify product requirements.

• Assist in defining precise requirements and architectures in collaboration with Development and Engineering teams.

• Oversee requirements management using DOORS.

• Establish and maintain traceability between internal and customer requirements.

• Define the system and product in accordance with development methodologies and safety standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in systems engineering or as a feature/function owner within the electronics sector; automotive experience is preferred.

• A solid understanding of vehicle-level system components for features, encompassing electrical, software, and mechanical engineering.

• Proficiency in requirements management tools, particularly DOORS.

• Expertise in requirements analysis and technical writing.
