This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the operating system for EPD utilizing systems, agents, practices, and Jira.
• Create and manage the workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design within Jira.
• Ensure that Jira accurately represents actual practices and that real practices are reflected in Jira.
• Independently build and operate agents and automation.
• Promote adoption by collaborating with teams whose practices do not align with the system.
• Identify delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and implement root-cause solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance technical skills and elevate their capabilities.
• Manage post-launch adoption, rectify incorrect assumptions, and conduct cleanup after handoff.
• A degree in Computer Science is not required.
• Formal engineering experience is not mandatory.
• Proven, recent work that has been shipped.
• Experience in building and shipping with AI integrated into the workflow.
• Capability to design and manage workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira.
• Proficiency in independently building agents and automation, incorporating AI as part of the processes.
• Skill in identifying failing mechanisms and addressing their root causes.
• Ability to independently learn new tools, especially those related to AI.
• Skill in driving adoption without having formal authority.
• Willingness to take responsibility for outcomes following a launch.
• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
