Senior Systems Analyst, Drupal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, recommending suitable technology solutions.

• Design, enhance, and maintain Drupal-based web applications, encompassing the Bank’s corporate website and intranet.

• Engage in the architecture, specification, development, integration, and user acceptance testing of solutions.

• Detect and resolve issues to ensure system security, stability, and performance.

• Work alongside Marketing, Communications, and other departments to translate business needs into technological solutions.

• Suggest ongoing enhancements and remain updated with emerging tools, methodologies, and technologies.

• Contribute to cloud and DevOps practices, as well as the advancement of application architecture.

• Act as the internal technical expert for Drupal, demonstrating autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Developer, or in comparable positions.

• Strong proficiency in Drupal development (required).

• Understanding of systems architecture, distributed systems, and Software Engineering principles.

• Experience in requirements analysis and web systems development.

• Familiarity with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL as well as object-oriented programming.

• Knowledge of cloud computing, especially GCP, and DevOps methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and the capability to provide consultative support to business teams.

• Background in working with Drupal in large-scale environments.

• Experience with integrations, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.

• Proven experience in migrating or modernizing web systems.

• Technical leadership qualities, with an emphasis on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
