Application Systems Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the evaluation, implementation, administration, and support of critical enterprise applications.

• Act as the principal technical authority for designated business applications and their portfolios.

• Offer strategic insights regarding application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle management.

• Assess new technologies and software solutions to enhance business operations.

• Create long-term application roadmaps that align with the organization's goals.

• Ensure that enterprise applications fulfill performance, security, scalability, and availability standards.

• Direct application implementation, upgrades, migration, and modernization initiatives.

• Manage software releases, deployments, upgrades, and configuration modifications.

• Supervise system integration activities involving internal and external applications.

• Serve as the senior technical consultant for application architecture and support.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Application Systems Analyst I and II staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Public Trust clearance.

• DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification is required.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or business systems management.

• Experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite).

• Proven track record in leading enterprise application implementation and support projects.

• Extensive experience in gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
