Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional analysis for solutions regarding the issuance of electronic tax documents, emphasizing NFCOM.

• Collect, elaborate, and document business requirements in collaboration with user departments and stakeholders.

• Investigate and analyze incidents and enhancement requests, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

• Create user stories and define acceptance criteria utilizing the BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) methodology.

• Assist development and testing teams in comprehending business rules and functional requirements.

• Ensure that solutions align with current legislation and tax obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of the electronic invoicing process, particularly NFCOM.

• Proven experience in functional analysis and gathering requirements.

• Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in writing SQL queries.

• Experience in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications using BDD.

• Analytical abilities to interpret complex business rules and address problems effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with technical and business teams.

• Preferred: experience within the telecommunications sector.

• Preferred: knowledge of integrations among billing, taxation, and tax document issuance systems.

• Preferred: familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Preferred: understanding of electronic tax processes and relevant tax legislation for the industry.

• Well-organized and disciplined, capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
