Business Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and tailor reports that summarize both business and financial information.

• Oversee and enhance business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, and techniques for gathering, analyzing, and estimating customer business needs.

• Develop, sustain, and improve Anaplan models aligned with design specifications and industry best practices.

• Convert business needs into functional model elements.

• Establish and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and its source systems.

• Design FP&A use cases encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Create and execute automation routines and data integrations to optimize FP&A processes.

• Develop user-friendly business intelligence dashboards and reports.

• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of information.

• Offer support to end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role offered, Engineering, or a related occupation.

• At least 3 years of experience with business intelligence and process flows for designing custom solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, which includes finance, SCM, BICC, and OTBI reporting.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Anaplan or comparable enterprise performance management systems for modeling, construction, planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Proficiency in developing plans and project management techniques to convert unstructured business challenges into clear requirements.

• Experience in transforming data and automating processes utilizing Python or a similar scripting language.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.
