Meta Learning Systems Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Construct, configure, and sustain LMS platforms, encompassing course frameworks, user roles, learning pathways, and reporting dashboards.

• Oversee LMS administration, updates, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts.

• Enhance the learner experience through effective platform design and navigation.

• Create and develop engaging, learner-focused courses utilizing instructional design principles.

• Produce simulations, scenario-based learning, assessments, microlearning modules, and multimedia assets.

• Simplify complex concepts into clear and accessible learning experiences.

• Employ innovative design thinking to boost learner engagement and knowledge retention.

• Establish, monitor, and manage course completion metrics and learner progress.

• Evaluate learning data to determine effectiveness, engagement levels, and knowledge transfer.

• Offer recommendations for enhancing course design and training results.

• Ensure adherence to training completion and documentation standards.

• Maintain and oversee a learning content calendar.

• Revise and update coursework based on feedback, performance metrics, and organizational needs.

• Remain informed about learning technologies, instructional design trends, and best practices in adult learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development.

• Practical experience in building and managing LMS platforms.

• Expertise in developing interactive and multimedia learning content.

• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.

• Capability to analyze learning data and convert insights into actionable improvements.

• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Rise (preferred).

• Experience in graphic design, video production, or multimedia production (preferred).

• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or similar learning standards (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable balancing structure with creativity.
