This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of Salesforce from start to finish, encompassing user and license management, configuration, flows, automation rules, custom objects, routing logic, data integrity, and daily maintenance.
• Act as the primary resource for system connections, data sources, triggers, and failure points.
• Execute data governance initiatives, including establishing source-of-truth decisions, field standards, naming conventions, and change control processes.
• Manage enrichment and data hygiene strategies, focusing on deduplication, normalization, validation, and automated quality assurance.
• Create and uphold a data dictionary and reporting best practices to facilitate self-service leadership insights.
• Ensure the integrity of integrations between Salesforce and the larger go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, which includes Apollo, ChiliPiper, Slack, marketing automation, quote-to-cash, call intelligence, and data warehouse connections.
• Develop and maintain integration pipelines while monitoring data flow across systems.
• Diagnose synchronization failures effectively.
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for lead routing, territory assignments, and attribution.
• Maintain essential sales processes as the organization progresses.
• Create and manage automations throughout the GTM lifecycle, including MQL activation, lead routing, account health scoring, and CRM hygiene.
• Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and develop workflows that minimize manual effort, such as segmentation, auto-summarization, data-entry reduction, and quality checks.
• Assist with automated MQL activation, SPICED coaching, and streamlined quoting initiatives.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, productionize successful implementations, and measure metrics such as time saved, conversion improvements, and data defect reductions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to convert process requirements into scalable systems.
• Support the RevOps team in utilizing automation tools.
• Address ad hoc requests related to Salesforce and connected tools.
• Work together with Product Operations and Engineering on product usage data and backend systems.
• Assess GTM tools through build-versus-buy analysis, conduct pilot tests, establish success criteria, and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Security and IT on matters of privacy, data access boundaries, vendor risk, and responsible automation practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a GTM systems role within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, including managing flows, automations, and object relationships.
• Demonstrated history of delivering cross-functional systems projects and creating durable, scalable solutions.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting integrations within a contemporary GTM stack, such as Apollo, ChiliPiper, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in building workflow automations using Workato, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with connecting systems through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs, diagnosing funnel issues, and upholding data quality standards.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle, from lead generation and MQL activation to pipeline management, deal progression, and renewal processes.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently in a dynamic remote setting.
• Salesforce Admin certification is preferred.
• Experience in supporting a sales organization through a lifecycle stage or sales process transformation would be advantageous.
• Direct experience with sales engagement, routing, or enrichment tools such as Chili Piper, Apollo, or Clay would be beneficial.
