This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.
• Design and manage scalable, multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms utilizing reusable Helm templates to facilitate developer self-service.
• Take ownership of pipeline reliability, cost efficiency, and speed.
• Incorporate automated release gates, secure secret management architectures, and software vulnerability scanning (SCA).
• Develop custom tools to enhance platform functionalities and standardize shared environments.
• Oversee distributed tracing, logging, and metrics systems.
• Provide guidance to development teams on service instrumentation and the establishment of SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.
• Advise development teams on system architecture, resource optimization, and contemporary traffic routing patterns.
• Design, construct, and optimize scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines to guarantee high system reliability, performance, and security.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to software development teams and mentor engineering teams on cloud-native best practices.
• Over 5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering capacity supporting high-load distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud strategies, multi-region architectures, and cloud cost optimization techniques.
• Proficient in production-grade Kubernetes management, including advanced scheduling policies, network isolation, and intricate Helm templating.
• Extensive Linux administration experience and cross-stack troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in configuring L4/L7 traffic layers (Load Balancers, Ingress, API Gateways, Service Meshes).
• Expertise in declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Capability to independently collect requirements, establish delivery objectives, and create maintainable solutions.
• Intermediate or above proficiency in English and Russian (B1+).
• Desirable: Practical experience in scaling and maintaining infrastructure for AI-driven applications, LLM frameworks, or MLOps pipelines.
