Senior Survey Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and deliver precise, high-quality online questionnaires that align with client requirements.

• Assist the Client Service team by programming, testing, and resolving issues with online surveys.

• Program online questionnaires utilizing information from clients and project managers.

• Create surveys, configure filters and quotas, manage language options, export data, and generate reports.

• Establish survey programming strategies, timelines, necessary resources, and potential challenges.

• Conduct thorough testing of surveys and provide high-quality links to clients in collaboration with project managers.

• Debug and rectify coding problems.

• Consult with project managers and clients to enhance online surveys for respondents.

• Work night shifts to support projects across various time zones, currently from 8am–5pm UTC.

• Report directly to the Survey Programming Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the market research field, survey programming, and/or web development.

• A university degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field can substitute for the experience requirement.

• Proficient in JavaScript and XML.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language used for dynamic web development.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

• Strong capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently without sacrificing quality or meeting deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, error-free programmed surveys.

• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to independently identify root causes and devise effective solutions.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, platforms, methodologies, and project requirements.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools effectively and responsibly for productivity, troubleshooting, scripting, quality control, and automation.

• Competence in validating AI outputs and adhering to company data-security protocols.

• Team-oriented communication and willingness to share knowledge.

• Senior-level accountability and independence.

• Ability to foresee potential issues, propose solutions, and enhance existing scripting processes.

• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts.

• Familiarity with SQL platforms such as Confirmit, Decipher, or Alchemer is desirable.

• Experience with SPSS is a plus.
