Junior Engineering Analyst, Affirmative Position for People with Disabilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all phases of projects remotely: including foundations, structural work, building systems, HVAC, finishing touches, and final delivery to the client across the country.

• Track and control detailed timelines, perform risk assessments, and suggest corrective action plans as necessary.

• Carry out regular technical inspections, complete with photographic documentation and technical reporting.

• Document nonconformities, monitor physical progress, and identify outstanding construction tasks.

• Manage documentation related to designs, contracts, progress measurements, meeting notes, and field records.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards in line with the contracted scope.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.

• Implement Lean Construction planning techniques.

• Coordinate with suppliers and construction firms.

• Engage in both on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers, and construction teams.

• Maintain high standards of construction practices, occupational safety, and quality in accordance with relevant ABNT and NR standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization.

• Willingness to work outside standard business hours.

• Experience in managing construction projects in the retail sector is advantageous.
