Senior Supplier Qualification Specialist – 6-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the established steps of the supplier qualification and re-qualification processes.

• Gather, organize, and sustain supplier qualification documentation.

• Input and manage supplier information within qualification tracking systems.

• Aid in the preparation of qualification packages for internal evaluations.

• Contribute to audit preparedness by ensuring that records are complete, up-to-date, and traceable.

• Report any missing or inconsistent information in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Adhere to procedures and processes that support the comprehensive supplier qualification lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–2 years of experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical operations, quality assurance, or a regulated industry.

• Familiarity with document control, compliance, or operational support.

• Basic comprehension of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.

• Ability to communicate professionally and with a focus on tasks with internal stakeholders.

• Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered as a substitute for educational requirements.
