Site Contract Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and negotiate site budgets.

• Oversee the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator grants among PSI Legal, the project team, and the study site.

• Customize and draft legally binding site-specific documents in collaboration with PSI Legal.

• Monitor the status of CTA and investigator grant negotiations within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

• Prepare the finalized version of the contract, including grants, and manage the signature process.

• Organize executed contracts in the Trial Master File and ensure local documentation is maintained.

• Coordinate with the project team, translation, and legal departments regarding site contracting and grant negotiation issues.

• Assist the Study Startup team with their activities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education, training, and experience.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written skills.

• Prior experience in study startup operations is mandatory.

• Experience in finance and negotiation is advantageous.

• Familiarity with legal documents pertaining to clinical trial sites would be a plus.

• Competence in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to plan and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
