Site Contract Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and negotiate site budgets.

• Facilitate the review and negotiation process of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator grants with PSI Legal, the project team, and the study site.

• Tailor and prepare legally binding documents specific to each site in collaboration with PSI Legal.

• Monitor the status of CTA and investigator grant negotiations within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

• Draft the final executable version of contracts, including grants, and manage the signature process.

• Organize executed contracts in the Trial Master File and maintain local documentation.

• Coordinate with the project team, translation, and legal departments regarding site contracting and grant negotiation issues.

• Assist the Study Startup team with activities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college/university degree or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

• Prior experience in study startup operations is essential.

• Background in finance and negotiation is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal documents pertaining to clinical trial sites is considered advantageous.

• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to plan and operate effectively in a dynamic team setting.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
