In-Store Specialist, Area 1 – Temporary Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Proactively oversee the implementation of channel and category policies defined by the Channel & Customer Marketing team, as agreed upon with the client by the Sales sell-in team.

• Manage and monitor assigned retail locations, ensuring product availability, accessibility, and maximum visibility.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, coordinating in-store activities that align with the commercial strategy.

• Where possible, manage direct delivery orders and direct shelf loading.

• Ensure the execution of commercial plans agreed upon by the Sell-in team at retail locations, in line with the perfect store guidelines.

• Verify assortments, range compliance, and out-of-stock situations, ensuring product presence on the shelf.

• Report any inefficiencies or discrepancies at retail locations compared to what was agreed upon by the Sales team.

• Manage shelf space, utilizing POS materials and proposing shelf management projects.

• Build lasting and effective relationships with retail locations.

• Continuously gather sell-out data on products and activities.

• Handle the direct placement of promotional and base orders in specific retail locations.

• Oversee the shelf loading of products.

• Strong understanding of off-trade retail logic.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good ability to produce reports and analyze sell-out data.

• Problem-solving skills, pragmatism, and a proactive approach.

• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent ability to build lasting relationships.

• Good negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.

• Flexibility and capability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Degree required.

• Driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

• Prior experience in the off-trade channel is considered an advantage.
