
Senior Contract Negotiation Specialist, North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate standard agreements for clinical trials, including CTAs, CDAs, and amendments.
• Oversee the assigned contract portfolio to facilitate site activation deliverables and adhere to study timelines.
• Act as the main contact for sites and internal teams regarding contract-related inquiries.
• Implement approved negotiation guidelines and escalate non-standard terms or higher-risk matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Site Activation, Clinical Operations, and Finance on contract terms and budget considerations.
• Monitor contract progress and ensure accurate documentation within relevant systems.
• Identify and address delays related to contracts to reduce their impact on study timelines.
• Ensure compliance of contracts with regulatory standards, sponsor guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract files to ensure audit and inspection readiness.
• Contribute to process enhancements that improve contract cycle times and quality.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide updates on status and metrics to stakeholders and project teams.
• Must be located in Brazil or Argentina.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in clinical research (CRO or pharmaceutical) supporting contract and budget negotiations with sites, including direct negotiation experience.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• Capable of submitting a CV in English.
