Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in implementing Employee Central for clients in accordance with the company's methodology.

• Conduct workshops to collect and document client requirements.

• Develop prototypes to validate requirements with clients.

• Configure solutions, assist in testing phases, and oversee production deployment.

• Provide clients with insights on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and clients.

• Communicate project objectives, updates, and tasks clearly.

• Convey technical elements in an accessible manner to key stakeholders.

• Share knowledge of SuccessFactors products with clients.

• Conduct training sessions for super-users and administrators.

• Engage with clients both remotely and on-site to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (native or high working proficiency) and English (high working proficiency).

• Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• At least 3 end-to-end implementations as a lead configuration consultant.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and hands-on configuration.

• Familiarity with Core and Time Management.

• Understanding of Core HR business processes.

• Experience with multiple module implementations.

• Knowledge of integrations with third-party tools, such as Payroll.

• Functional and technical experience in client transformations from SAP HCM (ECC) to SAP SuccessFactors.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, identify future opportunities, and drive successful outcomes.
