This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee a designated subscription portfolio and manage the complete renewal lifecycle.
• Create and uphold commercial roadmaps for the accounts assigned to you.
• Offer commercial insights by aligning contract structures, pricing, product configurations, policy requirements, and account strategies.
• Recognize renewal risks, downgrade indicators, modernization prospects, growth opportunities, and instances of commercial drift.
• Tackle commercial drift across contracts, pricing, discounting, product configurations, renewal pathways, and terms and conditions.
• Anticipate renewal and commercial results utilizing comprehensive, up-to-date, decision-ready data and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and various other teams.
• Facilitate readiness for quote-to-booking and prompt customer interactions.
• Assist in strategic initiatives, tools, processes, and programs.
• Share best practices, enhance knowledge management, and elevate Subscription Management execution.
• Embody PTC values by prioritizing customer focus, accountability, collaboration, integrity, and ethical behavior.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
• A background in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, PLM, CAD, or similar technology sectors is required.
• Proven experience in coordinating stakeholders across international teams and navigating complex regional business settings.
• Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools like Salesforce is beneficial.
• A minimum of 5 years in subscription management, renewals, customer success, commercial operations, sales, licensing, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Strong background in managing recurring revenue, customer retention, forecasting, and renewal-centric business activities.
• Experience working autonomously in cross-functional and international business contexts.
• Experience with direct customer business models and strategic accounts is preferred.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
• Capability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insights.
