Senior Study Start Up Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee site initiation and activation processes that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Conduct assessments of feasibility and identify suitable sites.

• Negotiate site agreements and carry out other essential study initiation tasks.

• Offer guidance to Study Start Up team leaders and project teams.

• Prepare and manage submissions to regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and other pertinent organizations.

• Assist in the creation, finalization, and evaluation of Master and Country Specific Subject Information Sheets/Informed Consent Forms.

• Aid the Study Start Up Team Lead in formulating and implementing the strategy for country and site distribution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent local qualification and/or relevant experience in the Medical/science field and/or discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience or familiarity with clinical study initiation requirements and activities.

• Proficiency in the local language and English is crucial.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in Germany.
