This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to establish and develop the foundational onboarding journey for new agencies and producers.
• Take ownership of the onboarding journey for agents lacking a dedicated sales representative and create/test additional welcome content.
• Create standardized outreach and tools for BDs/AOMs that support agent onboarding.
• Identify ways to enhance the new agent experience and eliminate obstacles to quoting and production.
• Test agency/producer goal-setting initiatives, including expectations, targets, training, and incentives.
• Manage and evolve new agent training, materials, presentations, job aids, and tools.
• Plan, build, implement, assess, and refine state product rollout strategies across teaser, launch, and agency challenge campaigns.
• Develop automated early-warning, escalation, and mitigation strategies for underperforming agencies/producers.
• Create and oversee recognition campaigns for agencies and producers achieving early success.
• Act as a subject matter expert and presenter for live and on-demand training for new agents.
• Monitor agency onboarding and state rollout outcomes, highlighting opportunities to enhance agent experience and production results.
• Report directly to the Director of Agency Sales Engagement Strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong executive communication skills, including writing, influencing, persuading, and presenting.
• Excellent ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders, from corporate headquarters to regional and individual office locations.
• Proven success in developing and translating sales strategies into tangible results.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt to ongoing changes.
