Senior Adoption Manager – Delivery Support & Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy for the Adoption Center and ensure alignment of adoption efforts with enterprise transformation objectives, capability roadmaps, and long-term business goals.

• Direct the functions of simulation and validation, insight generation, issue management, scaling, and sustainment.

• Collaborate with various departments including programs, technology, operations, PX&O, Data Management, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Training, Communications, Risk Control, and Audit.

• Create Adoption Business Plans that link insights, risks, lessons learned, and adoption requirements to actionable steps.

• Leverage data, performance metrics, and operational insights to identify risks and enhance decision-making processes.

• Act as a representative for the Adoption Center in governance meetings, program discussions, and operational updates.

• Mentor and empower teams to navigate uncertainty, tackle adoption challenges, and foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in operational transformation, business process improvement, quality and auditing, change management, technology adoption, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.

• Proven experience in leading large teams, strategic projects, and cross-functional initiatives in a complex business setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate operational insights into clear actionable steps.

• Proficiency in influencing leaders and achieving stakeholder alignment.

• Strong communication skills to present recommendations confidently and clearly.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• For remote work, reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Experience with structured change management or adoption frameworks, such as ADKAR or Prosci, is preferred.

• Familiarity with operational modeling, simulation, automation opportunities, or business intelligence reporting is preferred.

• Experience in collaborating with Business, IT, and leadership teams on large-scale transformation efforts is preferred.
