Senior Adoption Manager – Delivery Support, Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for the Adoption Center, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation objectives, capability roadmaps, and long-term business goals.

• Oversee simulation and validation processes, generate insights, manage issues, and ensure the scaling and sustainability of functions.

• Collaborate with various teams including programs, technology, operations, PX&O, Data Management, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Training, Communications, Risk Control, and Audit.

• Create Adoption Business Plans that link insights, risks, lessons learned, and adoption needs to actionable steps.

• Utilize data, performance metrics, and operational insights to identify risks and enhance decision-making.

• Represent the Adoption Center in governance forums, program discussions, and operational reporting.

• Mentor and empower teams to navigate ambiguity, address adoption challenges, and foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Over 8 years of experience in operational transformation, business process improvement, quality and auditing, change management, technology adoption, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.

• Proven experience leading large teams, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional efforts in a complex business setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate operational insights into clear actions.

• Ability to influence leadership, align stakeholders, and clearly communicate recommendations with confidence.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.

• Preferred: Familiarity with structured change management or adoption frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.

• Preferred: Knowledge of operational modeling, simulation, automation opportunities, or business intelligence reporting.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating across Business, IT, and leadership teams on large-scale transformation initiatives.
