AI Adoption Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead AI integration across client teams, guiding them from initial assessment through workshops, practical enablement, and daily autonomous AI utilization.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and oversee the customer-success aspect of engagements.

• Evaluate team workflows and existing AI applications, prioritize enablement strategies, and assess use-case value.

• Design and facilitate workshops with external trainers tailored to specific team use cases.

• Maintain a reusable repository of approved prompts, skills, and templates.

• Develop internal advocates, eliminate adoption barriers, and sustain a regular engagement rhythm with business teams.

• Align enablement strategies with client data governance, acceptable use, compliance, and responsible AI policies.

• Establish baselines, monitor adoption and business impact, and communicate progress, risks, and ROI to client sponsors.

• Transition teams towards self-sufficiency, delegate engineering-grade tasks to technical tracks, and identify opportunities for expansion.

• Deliver AI education and adoption initiatives for enterprise clients, primarily within the financial services sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in change management, enablement, digital transformation consulting, or enterprise software implementation.

• At least one complete deployment cycle.

• Strongly desired customer success experience, including managing client relationships, adoption health, and value realization.

• Hands-on experience in promoting technology or process adoption within organizations.

• Proven track record of designing and delivering workshops and training sessions personally.

• Experience in conducting assessments, feedback sessions, and executive updates.

• Fluent in English is required.

• Practical daily proficiency in AI, including Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.

• Understanding of change management and adoption psychology.

• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible use frameworks, including data classification and acceptable use policies.

• Background in enablement or training business/consulting.

• Experience with top-tier management consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a significant advantage.
