This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership in Commercial Lines product, sales, and platform to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing production and profitability.
• Strategize, create, implement, assess, and refine campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness and driving earlier and more lucrative growth in personal lines across three agency deployments.
• Manage account development for 60% of agents who do not have a dedicated Commercial Lines sales representative.
• Design and oversee processes and ready-to-use programming by leveraging broad-reach campaign insights to enhance both phone and field account development.
• Provide support to Sales Enablement as experts in product and sales.
• Take ownership of, update, and manage resources and content for agents, including slide presentations, job aids, videos, promotional materials, webinars, sales call-in-a-box, and email/campaign templates.
• Identify and promote opportunities for continuous improvement in results and to enhance the agent experience.
• Utilize diverse data sources to discover opportunities, create tests, assess impact, and refine methods.
• Report directly to the Director of Agency Sales Engagement Strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for events and sales conferences.
• Over 7 years of experience as a strategist in marketing, communications, or sales.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in developing and converting sales strategies into tangible results.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to ongoing changes.
• Excellent communication skills at the executive level, including writing, influencing, persuading, and presenting.
• Proven ability to collaborate and foster relationships with internal stakeholders from corporate headquarters to regional and individual office locations.
• Proficiency in using various data to uncover opportunities, design tests, assess impact, and refine approaches.
