This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the specialization of Procore’s Financial Management and Resource Management product offerings tailored for Specialty Contractors.
• Utilize knowledge of the construction sector and Procore software solutions to guide clients and foster long-term value realization.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to evaluate business processes and strategic objectives.
• Deliver services that assess strategic objectives and business processes to develop client-specific use-case solutions.
• Provide ongoing services that support continuous improvement processes and enhance long-term platform value realization.
• Interpret, consult on, and optimize client strategic objectives, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Synthesize client business motivations, operational workflows, and business analysis.
• Formulate strategies to address client operational requirements.
• Counsel on best practices and offer guidance, review, or development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design and implement rollout and training strategies, assisting in execution.
• Enhance client business processes within Procore and across their organizations.
• Deliver high-quality service and education through effective communication.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with teams across Procore to establish best practices and drive product and market evolution.
• Attain mastery of Procore products, services, emerging technologies, business models, and Customer Success methodologies.
• Report directly to the Manager of Strategic Product Consultants.
• Over 5 years of experience within the construction industry.
• Prior experience as a Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager.
• Experience overseeing project financials, including budgeting, general conditions, forecasting, and profit projections.
• Proven experience managing contracts, change orders, and invoices for both upstream and downstream stakeholders.
• Experience in managing resources, encompassing time tracking, productivity tracking, equipment management, labor plans, and resource scheduling.
• Preferred experience in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or similar programs.
• Training or software support experience is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and Procore’s software platforms.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 50%, including both domestic and international travel.
• Eligibility for equity compensation.

• Up to 50% travel to client locations, industry events, and other Procore offices.
