Senior Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support Product Managers in identifying and managing product requirements, backlog items, defects, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Impact product roadmap execution through customer feedback, sales insights, and market analysis.

• Engage in the development of product specifications, testing, validation, and New Product Introduction processes.

• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams on development milestones and readiness for release.

• Offer technical and commercial assistance to customers, distributors, and regional sales teams.

• Address technical inquiries.

• Lead customer interactions, technical presentations, and participation in industry events.

• Create and sustain technical documentation, training resources, application notes, competitive analysis, and sales tools.

• Participate in product launches and go-to-market strategies alongside Marketing and Sales teams.

• Provide product and application training to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Maintain KPIs and project documentation.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert and technical advisor across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Application Engineering, and customers.

• Mentor team members and influence product development and direction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering, Engineering, or a similar field.

• In-depth knowledge of non-destructive testing theory and applications.

• Experience in product marketing.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently in a global cross-functional team environment.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid passport.

• Must be a U.S. Person for positions restricted by export control and able to provide valid proof of such status.
