This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take charge of a specific focus area such as light commercial, ductless, E-Premium, or VRV products.
• Oversee and facilitate collaboration with Company Owned Distribution and Distributor Channel Partners to achieve division sales targets.
• Act as the Division Product Champion, fostering product sales opportunities within the designated focus area.
• Collaborate with the product team and closely engage with product application resources, including the VRV and AER groups.
• Coordinate the resolution and corrective actions for any field product quality concerns.
• Conduct or take part in quality reviews at customer locations.
• Supervise and manage the creation of technical literature, service training resources, and service kits.
• Contribute service insights during product transition schedule meetings, dFMEA, and other service design evaluations.
• Troubleshoot or assist distributors, branches, and dealers via phone regarding installation, quality, or service-related issues that have been escalated to management.
• Travel to field locations to address product issues that have been escalated to management.
• Ensure the division meets objectives for programs within the specialist's focus area, such as VRV Pro.
• Provide resources and promotional support to engage TSMs in selling targeted products across COD and IND.
• Serve as an additional sales and training asset to COD and IND channels.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities to support ongoing business requirements.
• Report directly to the Business Development Director.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry, encompassing commercial and ductless products.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills, including public speaking, presentations, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in developing effective communication materials, such as price pages, sales support documentation, submittals, and written memos.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Competent in generating and analyzing reports as needed.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of competitive industry trends.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and integrity in the workplace.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
