Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Achieve medical sales goals while effectively managing various priorities and projects within a designated sales territory.

• Implement a sales strategy within the assigned territory to boost awareness and comprehension of the product offerings.

• Create and uphold sales objectives through defined territory sales plans and fiscal goals.

• Track and evaluate monthly and quarterly sales data, taking necessary actions when required.

• Design and execute special initiatives within the territory to optimize sales potential.

• Build and nurture professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions, including doctors, medical staff, and pharmacies.

• Advocate and communicate the advantages of promoted products to healthcare professionals and paraprofessionals using tailored, pre-planned promotional techniques.

• Offer expert support in the preparation and execution of medical education initiatives for key opinion leaders.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and diseases within responsible therapeutic areas.

• Accept additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Skilled in delivering consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management.

• Successfully led sessions to develop requirements and workshops in a software environment.

• Created project documentation that accurately reflects requirements, including functional specifications or requirements traceability matrices.

• Exhibited outstanding project management skills from initial planning to final delivery.

• Assumed full responsibility for end-to-end processes, from stakeholder engagement in the initial session to the sign-off on deliverables/outputs.
