This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead a specific area such as light commercial, ductless, E-Premium, or VRV products.
• Manage and coordinate interactions with Company Owned Distribution and Distributor Channel Partners to achieve division sales goals.
• Act as Division Product Champion and identify product sales opportunities.
• Support the product team and work closely with product application resources, including VRV and AER groups.
• Address resolutions and corrective actions for field product quality concerns.
• Conduct or take part in customer quality assessments at client sites.
• Supervise the creation of technical documentation, service training materials, and service kits.
• Participate in product transition schedule meetings, dFMEA, and other service design evaluations.
• Troubleshoot or assist distributors, branches, and dealers via phone with installation, quality, or service issues escalated to management.
• Travel to field locations to address escalated product challenges.
• Oversee division goals for programs within the specialist’s focus area, such as VRV Pro.
• Provide resources and promotional backing to TSMs selling the targeted product.
• Serve as an additional sales and training resource for COD and IND channels.
• Carry out additional projects and responsibilities supporting ongoing business needs.
• Report to the Business Development Director.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry, encompassing commercial and ductless products.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; industry experience may substitute for degree.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills, including public speaking, presentations, and negotiation.
• Proficient in developing effective communication materials, including price pages, sales support documentation, submittals, and written memos.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Competent in generating and interpreting reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and sound judgment.
