Senior Strategic Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and implement communication strategies that align with the commercial objectives and initiatives within Ortho Tech.

• Collaborate with sales leaders and communications teams to convert business requirements into concise and actionable messages.

• Oversee editorial scheduling, content creation, and execution for newsletters, business updates, and sales-oriented communications.

• Craft messaging, presentations, talking points, meeting materials, and other communications for leadership.

• Develop and manage sales messaging that addresses business priorities, customer requirements, milestones, and necessary actions.

• Assist in the planning and execution of communications for commercial transformation initiatives.

• Create communications that support sales incentive programs.

• Counsel stakeholders on audience targeting, channel selection, timing, and content strategies.

• Develop communications that promote cultural values and enhance employee engagement.

• Lead communication efforts for division recognition programs and initiatives.

• Take charge of editorial planning, content creation, and production for the Robotics Innovation Center newsletter and Weston site communications.

• Assist with HR-related communications for commercial sectors.

• Provide support for the Ortho Tech North American Sales Meeting and other key events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications is required.

• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with AP Style is preferred.

• A writing assessment is mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 applications effectively.

• Experience with communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Marketo or other email marketing tools is advantageous.

• The ideal candidate should reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Must have the willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
