
Senior Strategic Client Executive – Providers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive new Provider sales and oversee a portfolio of Redox’s highest priority Provider accounts, aiming to achieve a 40% growth in each account through expansion opportunities.
• Research, develop, and qualify potential opportunities within targeted Provider organizations.
• Implement renewal and expansion strategies aligned with the customer's renewal cycle and throughout the duration of the contract.
• Investigate and pinpoint growth opportunities with clients.
• Promote Redox across various product lines, divisions, and/or companies within existing client organizations.
• Cultivate relationships with current customers to comprehend and support their growth initiatives.
• Identify key executives at existing clients and conduct research to facilitate informed initial outreach.
• Establish rapport with executives to foster business partnerships and mutual growth.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, including negotiation and closure of upsell opportunities.
• Organize and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Gain insights into the competitive landscape and customer requirements.
• Manage, monitor, and report on all sales activities and performance metrics.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise sales and account management, showcasing expertise in engaging with healthcare Provider organizations.
• Proven success in selling to and expanding customer accounts, including enterprise Providers.
• Consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Strong motivation to engage with customers and share product insights.
• Ability to engage and negotiate at an executive level; possesses self-awareness and executive presence.
• A collaborative team player who elevates the skill level of all interactions.
• Consultative approach with outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Passionate about addressing complex challenges that enhance the state of the world.
• Open to learning a technical product and employing a value-based selling strategy.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client events and in-person meetings.
• Experience in selling intangible software services is preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is required.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in using mobile, internet, and software applications.
• Familiarity with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack is preferred.
• Successful candidates must be eligible for employment in the U.S. and reside & work in the continental U.S.
