This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement partner strategies within the designated territory.
• Increase revenue through partnerships in assigned areas, including the strategic collaboration with SAP.
• Perform territory and competitive analysis to support go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate and execute collaborative business plans that encompass enablement, demand generation, deal execution, skills development, and customer references.
• Work alongside OpenText and partner stakeholders to pinpoint market opportunities and provide value to shared customers.
• Participate in local events, sales meetings, account planning sessions, and marketing activities.
• Inform SAP and other partner field representatives about OpenText solutions.
• Engage in early-stage opportunities to validate and reinforce OpenText’s customer value proposition.
• Determine market opportunities, strategies, and business plans for the strategic partner in Israel, with an emphasis on revenue growth.
• Oversee and report on progress against the established plan.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the business plan.
• Develop senior executive champions and navigate the political landscapes of partners.
• Organize and assist in enablement and demand-generation initiatives.
• Handle localization needs with partners and OpenText product management.
• Share best practices with regional partner leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster deeper, strategic, and sustainable partnerships while enhancing market share.
• Achieve assigned sales and pipeline goals.
• Implement structured partner programs in line with the OpenText Global Partner Program.
• Communicate business plans and updates through team meetings, conference calls, and reviews.
• Align partner forecasts with OpenText’s overall forecast.
• At least 5+ years of experience in field sales or related partner management and sales roles.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in direct field sales, partner management, or partner sales positions.
• Experience collaborating with license sales teams at SAP and major software and/or SaaS companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong grasp of sales and marketing principles.
• Exceptional program and project management capabilities.
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels, from CEO/MD down, with a high degree of diplomacy.
• Experience in developing enablement programs for sales and partner channels.
• Ability to articulate, communicate, and educate external audiences, including partners and customers, on the business-level value propositions of complex solutions and/or software offerings.
