This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement partner strategies within the designated territory.

• Increase revenue through strategic alliances with partners such as SAP and Capgemini.

• Perform analysis of the territory and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies.

• Create collaborative business plans that encompass enablement, demand generation, deal execution, skill development in delivery, and customer testimonials.

• Work together with OpenText and partner stakeholders to pinpoint market opportunities and provide value to shared customers.

• Participate in local events, sales meetings, account planning sessions, and marketing initiatives.

• Advocate for and educate partner field representatives about OpenText solutions.

• Get involved in early-stage opportunities to validate and enhance customer value propositions.

• Identify market opportunities, strategies, and business plans for the strategic partner in Israel.

• Oversee and report on progress against the established plan.

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to implement the business plan effectively.

• Cultivate relationships with senior executives and navigate the political landscape of partners.

• Organize enablement and demand generation efforts.

• Manage localization needs alongside partners and product management teams.

• Share best practices with regional partner leaders and stakeholders.

• Establish sustainable strategic partnerships to enhance market share.

• Achieve designated sales and pipeline objectives.

• Implement partner programs in alignment with the OpenText Global Partner Program.

• Deliver updates on business plans through meetings, calls, and reviews.

• Align partner forecasts with OpenText’s forecasts.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in field sales or related partner management and partner sales roles.

• Proven success in meeting or surpassing quotas in direct field sales, partner management, or partner sales positions.

• Experience collaborating with license sales teams at SAP and large software or SaaS organizations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong grasp of sales and marketing principles.

• Proficient in program and project management.

• Capable of engaging with all organizational levels, from CEO/MD downwards, with a high level of diplomacy.

• Experience in developing enablement programs for sales and partner channels.

• Ability to articulate, communicate, and inform external audiences, including partners and customers, about the business value propositions of complex software solutions.
