📋 Description

• Identify and spearhead innovative pharmacy strategies aimed at decreasing care costs, enhancing member outcomes, and fostering enterprise growth.

• Develop and refine pharmacy products, programs, and partnerships to generate new revenue streams and boost market competitiveness.

• Assess emerging trends in the industry, regulations, and technology to pinpoint strategic opportunities and potential risks.

• Perform intricate financial, operational, and market analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making and guide investment priorities.

• Deliver strategic recommendations and business insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with PBMs, vendors, and partners to accelerate innovation and create value.

• Act as a pharmacy strategy expert and collaborate across the enterprise to further business objectives.

• Lead the execution, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement of strategic initiatives that ensure sustainable enterprise value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, product innovation, market development, consulting, pharmacy operations, or related strategic roles, OR a master’s degree with more than 3 years of experience in these areas.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs, projects, and strategic initiatives from opportunity assessment to execution and value realization.

• Background in pharmacy health plan operations, PBM, pharmacy strategy, or healthcare consulting.

• Strong skills in business development, product strategy, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.

• A successful history of identifying and implementing opportunities that lower care costs, generate revenue, and create sustainable business value.

• A strong preference for candidates with Medicare experience.
