This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the implementation and strategic application of Internal AI GPTs throughout the Large Law organization.
• Create metrics, training programs, enablement resources, and standardized workflows to enhance deal intelligence, coaching, and competitive insights.
• Supervise the deployment, acceptance, and ongoing refinement of generative AI sales tools, including New OpenAI models, Databricks, Seismic Learning, and future platforms.
• Develop onboarding, training, feedback, and utilization strategies to incorporate tools into daily seller activities.
• Convert sales, marketing, and product data into actionable insights that aid in sales execution, leadership decision-making, opportunity prioritization, and performance enhancement.
• Project-manage cross-departmental initiatives, including in-product messaging, migrations, and urgent commercial projects.
• Conduct team roundtables and maintain organized project-management tracking systems.
• Address product-related inquiries and issues, coordinating their routing and resolution.
• Assess program effectiveness using adoption, engagement, and business-impact metrics; provide performance updates and refine methods based on results and feedback from the field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is essential.
• Exposure to the legal industry is preferred.
• An MBA and/or JD is highly favored.
• Background in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, commercial strategy, or a similar role within a complex B2B organization is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives that involve sales technology, new workflows, and cross-functional process enhancement.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the skill to convert sales, marketing, product, and customer data into actionable recommendations.
• Practical experience with Gong or a similar conversation-intelligence platform is necessary.
• Familiarity with sales-engagement and AI-enabled sales tools is preferred.
• Excellent skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Capacity to handle competing priorities and create materials suitable for executive review.
• Ability to influence teams and ensure accountability without direct authority.
