This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the most intricate accounts that yield the highest annual recurring revenue.
• Create and sustain quarterly account strategies.
• Recognize key stakeholders and cultivate relationships with various contacts.
• Lead intricate renewal negotiations and discussions regarding pricing migrations.
• Propel account growth by leveraging usage analytics and outcome metrics to showcase return on investment.
• Initiate discussions for expansion as early as the sixth month.
• Handle executive escalations and document retention strategies.
• Identify potential risks and ensure alignment among internal teams.
• Utilize AI tools daily to prepare for client interactions, synthesize information, and formulate renewal strategies.
• Elevate the team's standards by sharing best practices in account management.
• Keep the CRM updated with next steps and mitigation strategies for accounts at risk.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Over 4 years of experience in SaaS account management or customer success.
• Direct experience working with large enterprises or significant mid-market companies.
• Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing net revenue retention (NRR) targets across complex portfolios.
• Experience in managing renewals that involve procurement teams and legal departments.
• Demonstrated capability in managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Highly disciplined in using CRM systems.
• Daily utilization of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have: experience in the SaaS HR technology sector or strong familiarity with HR teams, People Operations, and senior decision-makers.
• Nice to have: experience in managing a pricing migration or significant changes to the offerings or plans for existing customers.
