This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop clinical conviction regarding Replimune products and manage all aspects of account management within the assigned territory.
• Advise healthcare professionals on appropriate dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
• Offer assistance with reimbursement inquiries.
• Leverage approved resources to identify tailored solutions for customer and patient needs.
• Access oncology clinics, NCCN/NCI institutions, and IDN hospitals, implementing compliant processes to identify eligible patients.
• Support customers with patient access and support, wastage and returns policies, and the engagement of internal resources.
• Contribute to formulary and pathway inclusion as well as EMR integration.
• Foster trust-based relationships with customers and deliver information through both in-person and virtual meetings.
• Create strategic account and execution plans to promote treatment adoption for relevant skin cancers.
• Evaluate account performance and barriers to prescriber adoption, recommending solutions and adjusting tactics with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze segmentation data, treatment trends, and key influencers to enhance account strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Liaisons, MSLs, and other stakeholders on both strategic and tactical plans.
• Identify opportunities to boost account efficiency and treatment adoption.
• Provide insights on marketing tools, promotional activities, customer trends, and challenges.
• Utilize omni-channel data to generate insights and cross-functional plans that align with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets.
• Represent Replimune products with professionalism and integrity.
• Complete administrative, reporting, and training responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Oncology or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement landscapes.
• Expertise in contextual selling, with a proven history of individual and team success.
• A strong dedication to improving patient care delivery.
• A high level of accountability for results in a matrixed work environment.
• An eagerness to adopt and embrace emerging technologies and methods.
• Proficiency in various IT skills to meet business needs.
• A demonstrated capability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A passionate proponent of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Experience with product launches or turnarounds is highly desirable.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
