This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the construction-document process in collaboration with external consultants, ensuring the timely review, approval, and delivery of necessary documents.
• Organize and manage project and fixture documentation using SharePoint and other designated platforms.
• Track project schedules, budgets, action logs, risk assessments, drawing archives, meeting notes, decision records, approvals, and portfolio information.
• Raise alerts regarding schedule, cost, procurement, and delivery risks to project leaders.
• Identify enhancements in workflow, reporting, fixture utilization, cost management, and delivery timelines.
• Create status reports and presentation materials for leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Manage fixture takeoffs and verify quantities prior to ordering.
• Keep records of fixture inventory and assets across suppliers, warehouses, active projects, and existing stores.
• Oversee the production, shipping, delivery, installation requirements, and transfers of fixtures.
• Assist in coordinating punch-list items and tracking resolution progress.
• Establish new sites in ServiceChannel prior to store openings.
• Organize the collection and transfer of new-store assets, warranty information, and closeout documentation.
• Aid in coordinating warranty periods and follow-up on turnover processes.
• Provide support for regional Facilities coverage, including being on-call two weekends each month.
• Assist with additional store development, construction coordination, and special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail construction coordination, store development, fixture management, procurement, logistics, or project administration.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, fixture plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or comparable drawing software is a plus.
• Experience in maintaining project schedules, budgets, action logs, purchase orders, inventory records, or similar operational tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, organization, written communication, and escalation.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• General knowledge of retail construction processes, fixture procurement, logistics, and requirements for store openings.
• Proven ability to effectively coordinate with vendors, consultants, general contractors, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Team-oriented individual with a collaborative, service-focused approach.
