This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the business leader for designated states, responsible for long-term growth, profitability, customer retention, and market position.
β’ Set strategic priorities, create and implement plans, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
β’ Examine market trends, customer behaviors, business drivers, regulatory landscapes, and competitive factors.
β’ Oversee product development, pricing strategies, underwriting processes, risk management, and distribution efforts.
β’ Function as the main business representative with state regulatory authorities, assisting with filings, approvals, and regulatory interactions.
β’ Foster collaborations across Product, Actuarial, Legal, Claims, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other key stakeholders.
β’ Create data-driven business cases and actionable recommendations.
β’ Direct cross-functional projects from strategy formulation to implementation.
β’ Manage competing priorities and cultivate consensus around essential business decisions.
β’ Mentor, coach, and develop talent to establish a high-performing organization.
β’ Encourage accountability, collaboration, trust, innovation, continuous learning, ownership, experimentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
β’ Enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in insurance, product management, pricing, risk management, analytics, or a similar business leadership position.
β’ Proven track record of leading complex business initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
β’ Strong financial insight with experience in interpreting P&Ls, business performance metrics, and market trends.
β’ Outstanding analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated skill in influencing senior leaders and obtaining alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
β’ Experience in leading and nurturing high-performing teams is a plus.
β’ Must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
