This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Take charge of staffing plans, schedules, shift assignments, confirmations, roster management, and coverage planning for designated territories.
• Align Event Staff with programs based on their experience, availability, client requirements, and operational necessities.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and initial shift activation.
• Oversee staff performance, identifying top performers, potential Leads, and opportunities for coaching and development.
• Handle callouts, no-shows, replacement staffing, agency coordination, and other immediate staffing needs during live events.
• Keep staffing, payroll, performance, and workforce records in systems such as Ubeya and Asana.
• Manage post-event staffing closeout, including verification of hours, expenses, staff ratings, restrictions, and follow-up actions.
• Support staffing requirements across other territories during peak times, large-scale events, PTO coverage, or operational gaps.
• Collaborate with Directors of Events, Event Managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop staffing benches and ensure uniform staffing standards across various markets.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in event staffing, workforce coordination, hospitality or event operations, recruiting, HR coordination, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing staffing plans, schedules, rosters, shift coverage, or high-volume hourly workforces.
• Strong judgment skills when aligning talent with program and operational needs.
• Experience supporting multiple markets, territories, or fast-paced staffing environments.
• Proficiency in recruiting, onboarding, employee communication, training, and workforce development.
• Exceptional organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with workforce management tools such as Ubeya, Asana, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel and provide support during evenings, weekends, and live events as needed.
• Must currently reside in Las Vegas.
• Capability to travel regularly throughout the region.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise.
• Experience in managing staffing, scheduling, recruiting, workforce coordination, or hourly employees.
