Senior Staff Software Engineer, Finance Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the design and implementation of AI agents that streamline high-volume Finance workflows.

• Create a governed agent platform featuring observability and evaluation frameworks.

• Develop integrations with essential financial systems.

• Establish compliance-grade engineering methodologies.

• Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury leadership as a technical advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of backend software engineering experience with large-scale production systems.

• Proven experience in deploying LLM-based applications in live environments.

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration.

• Knowledge of financial systems, including ERP data flows.

• Proven ability to work effectively as a solo engineer or as part of an embedded team.
